Talk Focuses On Work Etiquette According To Islam
Bandar Seri Begawan - BAG Networks yesterday held a talk entitled `Work Etiquette According to Islam,' which was presented by Islamic Dakwah Centre Religious Officer Ustazah Dk Norhayati bte Pg Hj Kasharan.
There are six main work ethics that must be followed in accordance to Islam - workers should be obedient to Allah, His Prophet (pbuh) and Ulil Amri; workers should put trust in their work; workers should make work an 'ibadah'; workers should look for Allah's 'reda'; workers should work towards excellence; and workers should be responsible for their work, said Ustazah Dk Norhayati.
BAG Networks is a joint venture between the government of Brunei - through the Ministry of Finance and Accenture. The talk is part of a series of knowledge sharing sessions held weekly.
