BAGS' training concluded
BAG networks Sdn Bhd had completed the latest session of "Customers Come First" training for the company's staff.
In a press release, the general manager of BAG Networks said that the training was in line with His Majesty's Government's emphasis on the importance of giving quality service to the customers. "It is important that we develop the talents of our 50 Bruneian staff, not only in technology and business, but also in softer skills such as customer service, work culture and motivation," he said.
BAG's operations manager, David Abberton noted that the 14 most recent BAG recruits attended the two-day training as part of the company's ongoing commitment to human resource development.
