'Customers come first' training


BAG Networks Sdn Bhd recently completed a "Customers Come First" training conducted by Vision Communications Trainer Geoff Andrew.
 
"This training is in harmony with His Majesty's government's recent focus on customer service. It is important that we develop the talents of our 50 Bruneian staff, not only in technology and business, but also in softer skills such as customer service, work culture and motivation," said Haji Mohammed Shakharulain bin Haji Mohd Thani, general manager of BAG Networks.
 
Fourteen most recent recruits attended the two-day training as part of the company's ongoing commitment to human resource development, said David Abberton, BAG's operations manager.
 
"Our people have spent the past two weeks reflecting on learning skills and techniques to work with our existing and potential future customers, as well as helping to make BAG Networks stronger in the long-term. This helps us create a proactive and helpful environment, as well as to maximise the potential of each member of our team."
