BAG Networks, MoF Staff Get Motivated

Bandar Seri Begawan - BAG Networks yesterday organised a motivational talk, entitled `Enhancing Work', for its staff members as well as the Ministry of Finance's personnel.

On hand to deliver the welcoming remarks at the event was Awg Md Shakharulain Hj Thani, General Manager of BAG Networks.

Also present as a guest speaker was Dr Ee, who has 28 years of experience as a teacher, lecturer and trainer.

During his talk, he outlined the components of motivation as goals, efforts and perseverance, which would influence the quality of work and productivity.

Why is work motivation important? According to Dr Ee, it provides enthusiasm, sets targets, increases willingness to go the extra mile and willingness to persevere, assists burnt-out cases and inculcate positive work attitude.

The aims of the event were to build closer ties and stronger relationships between the staff of BAG Networks and the Ministry of Finance.

It was also held in line with BAG Networks core values of stewardship, integrity, best people, client value creation, one global network and respect for the individual and MIB.
